A novel BHB oxidase engineered at UC Davis that makes continuous ketone monitoring more viable. Funded by Cornucopian Capital on behalf of its portfolio company, Phenotap, this drop-in technology for blood meter manufacturers and continuous monitor developers will enable next-gen ketone monitoring.

Aryeh is a serial VC investor and entrepreneur, and is presently the Managing Partner of Corncucopian Capital. He leads Barnstorm's operations and stage-gated process for company building. He is also the principal of SAGEN Trust Company, a family office founded after his family's 2000 sale of SlimFast Foods. UC Davis.

Enzyme & Ingredient Innovation

Robby completed his PhD in biochemistry at the Baker Lab at UW and his postdoctoral work at the Siegel Lab at UCD, before becoming a leading innovator in coffee through his work at Starbucks' R&D team. Robby chose to partner with Barnstorm Foundry in late 2022 to commercialize his patent-pending technology for decaffeinating coffee.
